About the Opportunity

Nova Scotia Health is seeking a highly skilled Organizational Development Consultant to provide strategic guidance on employee retention and engagement strategies. This role requires the ability to gather data and feedback from leaders and teams, and use this information to innovate and improve programs across various areas of focus.

The successful candidate will have a graduate degree in a related field, certification in adult education and facilitation, and experience interpreting and embedding organizational strategies and policies. They will also possess excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills, as well as strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

This is a long-term assignment with a full-time position, requiring approximately 18 months of commitment. Some travel throughout the province will be necessary, and the role includes hybrid work arrangements.

The compensation package includes a competitive hourly rate, as well as benefits such as health, dental, and life insurance coverage, and a defined benefit pension plan.
