Job SummaryWe are seeking an Organizational Management Analyst to join our team at Nova Scotia Health. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing workflow associated with organizational structure management activities and related processes.
The successful candidate will work closely with various teams, including Workforce Planning, Performance & Operations, People Services, Payroll, and Finance, to ensure high-quality service delivery. You will also apply your expertise in business and system knowledge to provide support and guidance, resolve issues, and make recommendations for process improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, coordinate, and implement workflow associated with organizational structure management activities and related processes.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree or diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration/Commerce, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Relevant certification in business enterprise information systems, particularly SAP/SuccessFactors, preferred.
- Membership in relevant local and/or national professional association(s) preferred.
- Relevant certification in the field of Human Resources preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience with SAP/SuccessFactors business enterprise information systems, providing services within a healthcare unionized environment.
- A minimum of 5 years' generalist experience in Human Resources or Finance, preferably within a healthcare unionized environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of collective agreements, employment guides, and relevant legislation.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including ability to work as a team member and foster collaborative relationships.
- Demonstrated accountability, initiative, and ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking, synthesize information, problem-solve, and utilize good judgment in decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and recognize sensitive issues.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
- Knowledge of adult education and learning principles.
- Knowledge of healthcare issues and Human Resources/Finance trends.
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred.
Nova Scotia Health offers a competitive salary range of $33.14 - $41.42 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage, as well as a defined benefit pension plan.
