About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team at 848357 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve meals to residents in accordance with their dietary needs and preferences
  • Assist with food preparation, cooking, and presentation
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with the food service team to ensure efficient and effective meal service
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure their needs are met
  • Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and policies
Requirements
  • Food Handler Certification
  • Previous experience in food service or a related field
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
