Service Coordinator

We are looking for a great Service Coordinator to become part of a great team in Nepean. In this role, you'll be a very important part of the day-to-day operation of the company. You'll need to be able to think on your feet, remain cool-headed, and have great attention to detail.
You'll be spending your time dealing with drivers and customers and will be arranging and following up on service calls.
Specific experience in a trades environment (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical etc).Advantages
- Pay range starting at 50k55k Monday-Friday day shifts
- 2 weeks vacation to start
-accessible by transit

Responsibilities
-intake of service calls
-file management
-data entry
- Respond to customer inquiries – via phone and email
- Liaise with internal teams to determine service requirements, resolve problems or complaints
Bilingualism (English/French) would be an asset
2-3 years of customer service/office experience
2-3 years of service coordination experience preferred
Pleasant demeanor over the phone and emails ●
Excellent time management and prioritization skills ●
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office,
Strong written and oral communication skills - Bilingualism in English and French will be considered a strong Asset●
Critical and logical thinking skills
