Dalma Forming is looking for a skilled **JUNIOR ESTIMATOR / SERVICE COORDINATOR **to join our team of Professionals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing cost estimates on construction projects
- Conducting a review of the contract documents and specifications.
- Completing quantity take-off of all labour, equipment and materials required to complete the project.
- Preparing cost estimates related to change orders, additional work on existing jobs when required.
- Assisting with various office duties.
- Manage database and files - both electronic and hard copy
- Be able to keep schedule of all upcoming service calls, follow up on them and be able to process all required paperwork
- Assist with client invoicing, accounts receivable, light accounting duties
- Interact with clients to support information requests and follow-ups
- Answering client enquirers
- General admin work
- Providing general clerical support, including data inputting, processing and updating; routing correspondence; and maintaining digital records
- Assist with scheduling as well as day-to-day operation of Service Staff
- Assist with pricing & invoicing
- Photocopying and scanning documents
- Preparing correspondence, reports, statements and other material
- keeping schedule for all upcoming after sale service appointments

**Requirements**:

- Civil Engineering Technician (C.E.T.) diploma.
- Must be able to use estimation, take-off software.
- Experience with computers, Microsoft Office etc.
- Post secondary education in office administration or construction - an asset
- Minimum of 1 year of Estimation/ Quantity Take-off experience, ideally in a similar role within a construction business
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to prioritize a heavy workload and manage multiple tasks at a time
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software
- Knowledge of accounting software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as required

Position starting as a 1 year contract with possibility of extending (based on overall performance).

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
