Job Summary

We are seeking a self-motivated, results-driven individual to join our team as a New Business Development Representative. This role will involve identifying opportunities to grow our New Brunswick business from our Fredericton location, developing and coordinating sales activities, and building relationships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales prospecting for commercial and residential flooring and window treatment solutions
  • Developing and coordinating sales activities to identify new business opportunities in NB
  • Developing new accounts through active prospecting, referrals, leads, and personal networking and initiatives
  • Preparing and presenting quotes with the support of subject matter experts
  • Relationship building and management of key customers
  • Sales reporting and analysis
  • Community participation, including representing Tommy's Flooring at industry events
Requirements
  • Experience in an outbound sales-focused role preferred, with a flooring background an asset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for technology sales and willingness to learn new product offerings
  • Ability to meet timelines and objectives in a competitive environment
  • French/English bilingual an asset
  • Valid driver's license
