Company: Adecco is currently seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our client located in Etobicoke, ON. This role involves managing inquiries, coordinating meetings, overseeing membership processes, and providing essential administrative support across various organizational functions.

  • Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for the association, managing incoming inquiries via phone and email.
  • Coordinate meeting arrangements including agendas, meeting rooms, and audio-visual equipment.
  • Assist with the Association Management System (AMS) including member profiles and system maintenance.
  • Handle expense filing for senior management.
  • Liaise internally and externally at all organizational levels.
  • Manage new membership applications and renewals.
  • Support the Operations and Engagement Manager and President with board and committee meeting preparation.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks and communications for association events.
  • Manage the purchase and distribution of CCDC documents and seals.

Requirements:

  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Highly organized with attention to detail, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Willingness to contribute ideas and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Availability for occasional evening/weekend work and travel as required.
