Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Services Support:

  • Proactively follow up on pending cases to meet service standards.
  • Ensure timely and compliant processing of policy issuance and settlements.
  • Provide advisors with updates on policy cases and assist with solutions for potential issues.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding coverage and billing.
  • Maintain electronic client files, ensuring all documents and paperwork are accurately logged.
  • Provide backup support to team members during absences.
  • Prepare annual commission reports for auditors.
  • Perform other related duties and special projects as required.

Marketing Support:

  • Manage and update the company's social media profiles and presence.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  • Coordinate and promote events, webinars, and community outreach programs.
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Assist in maintaining the company's website, ensuring content is uptodate and engaging.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Help develop and manage client communication strategies, including newsletters and updates.
  • Assist with the creation of marketing analytics and reports.
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in the financial services or insurance industry.
  • Current valid LLQP certification or must be in final stages of obtaining certification.
  • Knowledge of financial and insurance terminology and products.
  • Proficiency in

Microsoft Office Suite:
Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Proven accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as a team player.
  • Professional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced and challenging environment.
  • Postsecondary education is preferred but not required.
