Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Daily social media posts
  • Scheduling deliveries and managing client records
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and customers and answering phone calls
  • Assist with general office tasks such as filing, organizing documents and account management
  • Sales: follow up and lead generation
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
  • Occasional delivery to clients using company vehicle

Requirements:

  • Proficient in data entry and typing
  • 2 Years administrative experience preferred
  • 1 Year sales experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Office software
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer support
  • Knowledge of phone systems and front desk operations

Pay:
$19.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
