Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving organizational development and change management initiatives within a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation and digital transformation project. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze organizational data, develop strategic recommendations, and facilitate meetings to propel digital transformation.

Key Tasks:

  • Provide advisory services to teams across different departments to maximize organizational development
  • Analyze organizational data and develop reports to inform strategic decisions
  • Contribute to various projects and programs to support managers in identifying innovations and mobilizing teams around new developments
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive digital transformation and organizational change
  • Collaborate with an Organizational Development and Change Management team to achieve project goals

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Organizational Development and Change Management
  • Professional experience with IT projects, with a strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to host and facilitate meetings with diverse stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, HR, IT, or a related field
  • Bilingualism in French and English
