Human Resources Consultant - Transformation and Organizational Development

Sia Partners is a leading global management consulting firm and the pioneer of Consulting 4.0. With a team of more than 2,400 consultants in 18 countries, we support our clients in leading their transformation projects.

Our office in Ottawa is currently expanding, and we are looking for a Human Resources Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources & Transformation business unit, you will work on various projects related to organizational design, HR management, and human resources development.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Organizational design and classification: developing operational models, organizational assessments, and classification strategies.
  2. HR management and human resources performance: HR function organization, HR performance, and continuous process improvement.
  3. Human resources development: recruitment, career development, skills planning, training, and performance management.
  4. Digital HR: robotization, artificial intelligence, automation, and process optimization.
  5. Future of work: flexible work styles, telecommuting, skills/knowledge/jobs of the future, and optimization of internal talent.
  6. Project management: detailed project planning, implementation of processes, and monitoring of schedules, budgets, and project quality measures.

In addition to project work, you will also contribute to the development of our offers through training, working groups, and dissemination of internal and external support. You will also participate in the publication policy, including sector blogs, studies, and press publications.

Requirements:

  1. University degree in business administration, HR, organizational development, project management, communication, or psychology.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in consulting or projects with the Human Resources Department.
  3. Fluency in French and English is essential.
  4. Proficiency in Ms Project is an asset.
  5. Excellent listening, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
