Job Title: Bilingual Learning and Development Consultant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning and Development Consultant to join our team at Grainger. As a Learning and Development Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and facilitating training programs that enhance team member performance and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Design and Development: Create and maintain engaging training materials (in-person, virtual, and eLearning) tailored to meet the needs of different learning audiences.
- Program Facilitation: Deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing Customer Service team members, fostering an interactive and supportive learning environment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather and analyze feedback to refine and improve training content and delivery.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal).
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in business, adult learning/education, organizational development, or instructional design (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years corporate facilitation experience in both classroom and virtual environments.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups.
Additional Requirements:
- Occasional travel may be required.
