Job Description

As a member of our Human Resources & Transformation business unit, you will join our team in Ottawa (remote) and work under the supervision of experienced consultants. Your primary focus will be on organizational design and classification, HR management and performance, human resources development, digital HR, and project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organizational design and classification: Develop operational models, assess organizational structures, and create recruitment and staffing strategies.
  • HR management and performance: Organize HR functions, improve performance, and develop workforce strategies.
  • Human resources development: Recruit, train, and develop employees, and manage performance and quality of work life.
  • Digital HR: Implement automation, use artificial intelligence, and optimize processes.
  • Project management: Plan, implement, and track projects, and produce reports and dashboards.
Requirements
  • University degree in business administration, HR, organizational development, project management, communication, or psychology.
  • At least 5 years of experience in consulting or projects with the Human Resources Department.
  • Fluency in French and English is essential.
  • Proficiency in Ms Project is an asset.
