Enterprise Liquidity and Funding Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Liquidity and Funding Management Expert to join our team at BMO. This is a key role that will play a critical part in the development and execution of our enterprise-wide liquidity and funding management framework.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic input into business decisions as a trusted advisor, making recommendations to senior leaders on strategy and new initiatives based on an in-depth understanding of the business.
- Liquidity and Funding Risk Management: Develop and maintain the model and assumption framework used to measure liquidity and funding risk, and recommend changes to optimize risks and maximize risk-adjusted profitability.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between stakeholders, including industry specialty groups and regulators, to align agendas and ensure a clear understanding of the business context.
- Reporting and Analysis: Gather and format data into regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards, to provide insights into business product pricing and funds transfer pricing processes.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute liquidity and funding-related strategic initiatives.
- Problem-Solving and Innovation: Apply expertise and think creatively to address unique or ambiguous situations and find solutions to complex problems.
- Education: Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience, and industry knowledge.
- Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, influence skills, collaboration and team skills, data-driven decision-making skills, and ability to manage ambiguity.
We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $187,200 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
