The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Back Office Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing investment manager's reports, maintaining multiple databases, and providing critical support to our internal CFA. You will also be involved in issuing RFPs for investment manager services and performing detailed analysis of responses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receives investment manager reports and inputs performance data against benchmarks, generates various reports, and assists the CFA with quarterly and annual reports.
  • Reviews quarterly reports to ensure compliance with the Investment Policy Statement.
  • Prepares Investment Policy Statements, RFPs, quarterly and annual reports in conjunction with the CFA.
  • Works to control data through a CRM and client virtual library.

Requirements:

  • University degree and a CFA or CFA candidate.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as an analyst or investment industry professional.
  • Prepared to complete the CFA designation.
  • Knowledge of asset management and administration procedures is an asset.
