Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements and solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation
  • Facilitate and manage business process development and process re-engineering workshops and sessions
  • Gather requirements from diverse stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience as a business analyst in an enterprise environment
  • 5+ years of experience in written and verbal communications, including drafting business and technical documentation
  • 5+ years of experience in facilitating and managing business process development and process re-engineering workshops and sessions
  • 5+ years of experience in gathering requirements from diverse stakeholders
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in developing project documents for various initiatives and projects
  • Experience in facilitating meetings and communicating with senior management and project stakeholders
  • Experience with development and implementation of content management, document management, records management, and information management processes
  • Experience in developing new IT services, including service definitions, service measurements, cost models, processes, implementation, and operational handover
  • Experience working within an agile development environment
  • Experience with User Acceptance Testing processes in large, complex, multi-stakeholder environments
