Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and assisting with sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Manage existing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to current and future clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Lead Generation: Collaborate with our international Broker to generate new leads and open new accounts.
  • Phone and Email Communication: Engage in inbound and outbound phone calls and emails to communicate with customers and prospects.
  • Price Negotiations and Contract Management: Assist with price negotiations and prepare and submit sales contracts and orders.
  • Lead Management: Maintain accurate records of customer and business development leads.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-2 years of inside sales, account management, and customer service experience.
  • Education: College diploma or bachelor's degree.
  • Skills: Excellent follow-up skills, strong attention to detail, commitment to providing top-tier customer service, superior written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
