Clinical Coordinator, Community Mental Health, Leadership Role

Fraser Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Coordinator to lead our Community Mental Health team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of our mental health services, ensuring optimal use of resources and efficient use of clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the mental health team, ensuring optimal use of resources and efficient use of clinical staff.
- Supervise designated clinical staff, providing performance evaluations, training, and development opportunities.
- Provide clinical consultation and leadership to staff, ensuring high-quality care and services.
- Develop and implement quality improvement processes, ensuring effective service delivery and patient care.
- Participate in risk management and quality assurance activities, ensuring a safe and effective work environment.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or a related health discipline.
- Four years of recent related experience, including two years of staff supervisory experience.
- Clinical experience in individual, family, and group modalities of practice in mental health/psychiatry in community and/or hospital settings.
- Eligible for registration with relevant professional association.
