Clinical Coordinator, Community Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Coordinator to join our Community Mental Health team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of our mental health services, ensuring optimal use of resources and efficient use of clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the mental health team, ensuring optimal use of resources and efficient use of clinical staff.
- Supervise designated clinical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care.
- Develop and implement quality improvement processes to enhance patient care services and reduce gaps in the community.
- Participate in risk management for the clinical area, conducting safety audits and investigating incidents.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate services, manage cases, and facilitate meetings.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or a related field.
- Four years of recent related experience, including two years of staff supervisory experience.
- Eligible for registration with a relevant professional association.
- Valid B.C. Driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for work-related purposes.
