Senior Delivery Lead: Agile Project Management and Scrum Mastery for Mortgage Systems

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and support multiple Agile scrum teams within Mortgage Systems, ensuring successful delivery of software products.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Custodian of RESL wide initiative intakes and backlog.
    • Lead and run Business and Technology touch base meetings.
    • Lead and run Scrum of Scrum sessions.
    • Track projects through each phase of the project lifecycle.
    • Work with dependent teams to prepare execution plans.
    • Ensure milestones are met and projects have gone through all approval gates.
    • Document project status and assist teams in maintaining information repositories.
    • Maintain project risk trackers and communicate project risks to management.
    • Prepare work back schedules, roadmaps, and capacity planning at a project level.
    • Ensure a balance between team capacity and workload for successful project delivery.
    • Support app releases and rollout-related activities.
    • Articulate and communicate complex problems and solutions to stakeholders.
    • Work effectively with engineering Sr Managers to remediate project delivery risks.
    • Engage stakeholders for consultation throughout the project.
    • Contribute to team productivity and happiness.
    • Support team members in challenging situations.
    • Introduce agile engineering best practices.
    • Schedule meetings to solve disagreements and ambiguities.
    • Schedule and chair scrum ceremonies.

  • Requirements:
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Management role delivering complex software projects.
