About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Delivery Lead to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our Agile delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of software projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the Senior Scrum Master and Senior Project Manager within an Agile environment.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver software projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Agile project management and Scrum Master roles.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and align project deliverables with business objectives.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and technologies, including Agile project management software.
