Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Technical Project Management Experience: Proven track record of leading complex software development projects, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and technical project management principles.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge and experience in software development, testing, and deployment, with a focus on digital transformation and customer-centric solutions.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Agile Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, with a strong understanding of software development life cycles and technical project management principles.
