About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Delivery Lead to join our Canadian Banking Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in aligning bank strategic goals with key initiatives, ensuring specific goals, plans, and initiatives are executed and delivered in support of our team's business strategies and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead initiatives from discovery to implementation, overseeing all phases and proactively identifying issues/risks.
  • Manage complex project forecasts and actual spending.
  • Take ownership of accountability across teams from discovery to production.
  • Proactively manage risks to limit issues and maintain productivity.
  • Work autonomously and collaborate with other business or technology leaders to establish and execute on common outcomes.
Requirements
  • University degree in technology, computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5 or more years in progressive roles within Engineering/Technology, including at least 2 years leading a team.
  • Good working understanding of agile practices, project management principles, and tools to manage complex initiatives.
  • Ability to work with complex project forecasts and manage actual spending.
  • Professional with excellent communication and leadership skills.
