Key Responsibilities- Market Research and Rate Recommendations: Conduct monthly market research to stay up-to-date on the current state of competition and markets, and recommend rates to the District Manager for available units and lease renewals.
- Resident Support and Issue Resolution: Ensure resident inquiries and issues are addressed within 24 hours, providing exceptional customer service and resolving conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Staff Management and Training: Interview candidates, provide initial training and ongoing training to new and existing staff, and establish and monitor staff work schedules in accordance with company guidelines.
- Financial Management: Ensure rents are collected and deposited in a timely manner, and provide knowledgeable suggestions for annual budgets, operating and capital plans.
- Maintenance and Operations: Oversee building maintenance systems, and ensure that all aspects of property operations are running smoothly.
- Experience and Skills: 2+ years of experience in residential property management or a related field, with excellent customer service, sales, and communication skills.
- Management and Leadership: Proven management skills to support, train, and motivate staff, and develop a collaborative environment.
- Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on business, hospitality, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Bilingual in French and English, required.
