head chef who is responsible for managing all activities of the kitchen including:

– Controlling and directing the food preparation process

– Maintain the records of food cost and inventory

– Supervise cooks and other kitchen staffs

– Ensuring food safety, and maintaining a clean kitchen

– Recruit and hire staff

Qualifications

– 1-3 years of similar position

– Experience in Japanese Korean cuisine would be considered as an asset.

– Excellent communication skills

– Leadership skills
