Job Title: Customer Service Representative

TD Bank is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Contact Centre Team as a Customer Service Representative. As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping our customers achieve their financial goals.

Job Summary:
  • Provide personalized support to customers through phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance objectives, including customer experience survey results and quality goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing friendly and knowledgeable support.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed performance objectives, including customer experience survey results and quality goals.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training and coaching to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Language: Bilingual (French and English).
  • Skills: Exceptional listening skills, curiosity to help customers, and ability to multitask and navigate computer systems.
  • Experience: Preference given to those with experience in financial or service industries.
