Bilingual Contact Centre Representative, Canadian Banking, Easyline

TD Bank is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Contact Centre Team as a Customer Service Representative. As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping our customers achieve their financial goals.
Job Summary:- Provide personalized support to customers through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Consistently meet or exceed performance objectives, including customer experience survey results and quality goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing friendly and knowledgeable support.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed performance objectives, including customer experience survey results and quality goals.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training and coaching to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Language: Bilingual (French and English).
- Skills: Exceptional listening skills, curiosity to help customers, and ability to multitask and navigate computer systems.
- Experience: Preference given to those with experience in financial or service industries.
