About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Contact Centre Team as a Bilingual Contact Centre Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze customer concerns and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal).
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call centre environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer applications.
