Lime is hiring a Senior Product Manager to join our Rider Core team In this role, you will report into the Product Lead for the Core Rider App Experience. As a Senior Product Manager at Lime, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of urban mobility by focusing on building rider core experiences that are seamless and end-to-end within our software ecosystem.

You will be responsible for understanding the needs and pain points of our riders, identifying opportunities for improvement, and crafting innovative solutions that enhance the overall Lime experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about problem-solving, customer-centricity, and driving business growth through product innovation. You’ll leverage your data-driven approach to uncover insights and identify pain points that help inform the development of innovative solutions. What You’ll Do
  1. Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle for rider core experiences, from ideation to execution, including defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  2. Identify and prioritize the right problems to solve, partnering with business stakeholders to shape and drive business cases for product features.
  3. Work with data and research teams to conduct in-depth evaluation to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data.
  4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, operations, and marketing, to prioritize and deliver impactful solutions.
  5. Drive continuous improvement through iterative development and experimentation, leveraging A/B testing and user feedback to optimize product features and functionality.
  6. Monitor key performance metrics and indicators to evaluate product performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven results.
  7. Champion a customer-first mindset within Lime, advocating for the needs and preferences of Lime riders in all product decisions.
About You
  1. 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful consumer-facing products, preferably in the technology or transportation industry.
  2. Record of successfully launching consumer-impacting features or products.
  3. Deep understanding of product management best practices, including product discovery, design thinking, agile methodologies, and product analytics.
  4. Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high degree of adaptability and resilience.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. MBA or advanced degree.
  2. Experience working in an evolving startup environment.
  3. Strong understanding of the micromobility/transportation landscape and its difficulties.
