SOMMAIRE DU POSTE
Sous la responsabilité de la contrôleuse, là où le titulaire intégrera l’équipe de la comptabilité afin de réaliser plusieurs tâches du cycle comptable et de la paie.
RESPONSABILITÉS
- Effectuer le cycle complet du traitement de la paie de l’ensemble des employés de Niedner, les écritures, les rapports, les suivis d’assurance, vacances, maladies, programme de régime de retraite;
- Contribuer à la préparation des états financiers mensuels et annuels (écritures comptables, conciliation, analyses, etc.);
- Préparer, améliorer et développer différents rapports de suivis d’indicateurs de performance (KPI;)
- Coordonner la mise en place de nouveaux processus opérationnels, ainsi que d’autres initiatives ou recommandations;
- Participe au processus d’audit interne;
- Participe aux processus d’inventaire;
- Répondre aux diverses demande du siège social, rapports, indicateurs de performance.
EXIGENCES DU POSTE
- Expérience dans le domaine manufacturier;
- Connaissance de la suite OFFICE;
- Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais (oral, écrit);
- Connaissance du logiciel ERP - BC (Atout).

FORMATION EXIGÉE
- Diplôme d’études collégial en comptabilité

- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire
