Nous avons le poste idéal pour vous Notre client, une entreprise de construction, est à la recherche d’un Analyste Financier Sénior pour rejoindre son équipe. Dans ce rôle, vous serez chargé de la gestion des budgets consolidés, des transactions inter-entreprises, de la consolidation financière, ainsi que de la prévision de trésorerie. De plus, vous participerez à des projets spéciaux, notamment la préparation d'analyses pour des dossiers de financement et le soutien aux décisions d'investissement.
Principales Fonctions
- Préparation du Budget Consolidé : Collaborer avec les contrôleurs des BU pour la préparation du budget consolidé (hypothèses, costing).
- Consolidation Financière : Élaborer des chiffriers de consolidation, gérer les écritures interco et de consolidation.
- Analyse Mensuelle et Trimestrielle : Réaliser des revues analytiques des résultats mensuels et trimestriels, analyser les écarts entre les réalisations et les prévisions.
- Prévisions de Trésorerie : Consolider les prévisions de trésorerie, anticiper les flux d’entrées de fonds par rapport aux projets/portefeuille.
- Projets Spéciaux : Supporter le contrôleur corporatif dans la préparation d’analyses pour les dossiers de financement et les décisions d’investissement.
- Analyse des Données Comptables : Mener l'analyse des données comptables opérationnelles, approfondir les aspects liés au costing, et participer activement au processus budgétaire.
- Surveillance des Transactions Financières : Collecter, analyser et interpréter les données comptables des différentes divisions, surveiller les transactions financières, détecter les tendances et anomalies, et présenter des rapports détaillés à la direction.
- Gestion des Coûts : Analyser les coûts liés aux activités de l'entreprise, déterminer les coûts de revient, gérer les coûts variables et fixes, et proposer des mesures pour améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle.
- Suivi des KPI : Suivre les indicateurs de performances (KPI) pour chaque division, mettre en place des tableaux de bord pour évaluer la performance opérationnelle, identifier les domaines nécessitant des améliorations et contribuer à la mise en place de plans d'action.
- Clôture Mensuelle : Participer à la clôture mensuelle en vérifiant les états financiers, en effectuant des rapprochements, et en préparant des rapports financiers consolidés.
- Projets Opérationnels : Piloter des projets opérationnels spécifiques par BU, identifier des opportunités d'amélioration et mettre en œuvre des solutions.
Prérequis du poste :
- Titre CPA (ou en voie de l'obtenir)
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience pertinente
- Expérience en consolidation
- Expérience dans un grand cabinet comptable – un atout considérable
- Expérience avec des clients dans le secteur de la construction ou de la fabrication – Atout
- Capacité à s'organiser et à travailler sous pression
- Environnement de travail francophone
