SOMMAIRE DU RÔLE


Relevant directement du président, l'analyste sénior en développements, acquisitions et investissements immobiliers chez JADCO, aura comme responsabilité principale de développer et de superviser les modèles financiers pour des projets immobiliers d'envergure, supporter l’équipe dans la mise en place de financement, ainsi que de soutenir la préparation de la documentation pour les investisseurs et la haute direction. Il ou elle sera impliquée dans toutes les phases du cycle de vie des projets immobiliers, de l'acquisition à la livraison, et la gestion des actifs.


Cette position offre une opportunité exceptionnelle dans le monde de l’investissement en immobilier dans un contexte très dynamique d’une entreprise en hyper croissance.




Responsabilités :


En tant qu’Analyste, vous devrez :

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe finances, développement et estimation dans l’analyse des transactions immobilières potentielles pour toutes les classes d’actifs.
  • Concevoir, réaliser et optimiser des modèles financiers détaillés pour évaluer les projets d'investissement immobiliers, comprenant les développements, les acquisitions (terrain et propriété existante) les financements et la gestion des actifs.
  • Effectuer la vérification diligente dans les transactions d’acquisition.
  • Synthèse et suivi des rapports externes (rapport physique, environnemental, financier, juridique, fiscal, assurance, etc.)
  • Élaborer des présentations aux investisseurs pour les comités d’investissement ou pour des mises à jour ponctuelles, afin d’assurer une bonne reddition de compte dans les partenariats.
  • Présenter des analyses financières; analyse de risque de l’investissement et analyse de flux monétaires et les rendements projetés.
  • Formuler vos recommandations à la suite des diverses analyses ainsi que l’impact de ceux-ci à l’exécutif.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les autres départements (conception, construction, ventes, etc.) pour communiquer efficacement les informations pertinentes à la direction.
  • Assurer les liens entre l’équipe de développement et l’équipe de comptabilité pour le transfert d’informations et le suivi financier des projets de développement immobilier.
  • Effectuer une veille stratégique sur l'industrie de l'investissement et de l'immobilier pour rester à jour sur les tendances du marché.
  • Révision des budgets de gestion des propriétés et des transactions de location;
  • Calculer les rendements historiques des investissements ainsi que les flux de trésorerie;
  • Revoir et améliorer de façon continue les modèles financiers en place;
  • Maintenance de bases de données et autres outils d’investissement;
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe d’investissement à diverses tâches connexes.


Qualifications :

  • Baccalauréat en finance, en économie ou en immobilier allié à une forte capacité d’analyse.
  • M. Sc. en finances, MBA, CA ou CFA sont des atouts.
  • Au moins 5 ans d’expérience pratique dans le domaine de l'immobilier.
  • Expérience pertinente en modélisation financière, idéalement dans un contexte transactionnel.
  • Expérience en analyse de transactions immobilières.
  • Sens élevé des affaires


COMPÉTENCES :


  • Passion du domaine immobilier et de l’analyse financière.
  • Être une Génie de chiffres avec une compétence exceptionnelle en Excel.
  • Connaissance du logiciel Argus Entreprise, et Yardi (un atout)
  • Excellentes aptitudes de rédaction et préparation de documents de présentation.
  • Compétences avancées dans la suite Microsoft Office, incluant Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook
  • Bonnes compétences en communication en anglais et en français
  • Capacité d’établir de bonnes relations tant à l’interne qu’à l’externe
  • Capacité de gérer plusieurs dossiers à la fois et à respecter les échéances
  • Souci du détail et de la présentation de l’information
  • Haut niveau de dynamisme et d’autonomie
  • Proactivité, avant-gardisme et orientation vers les résultats
