The Opportunity

We're scaling fast, innovating even faster and we're looking for a driven, high-performing Enterprise Sales Executive to own the sales cycle and close six- and seven-figure deals with top insurance players. This is your chance to sell a best-in-class fintech solution, work with high-value enterprise clients, and make an immediate impact in a booming industry.

This role is built for closers—strategic hunters who know how to build relationships, navigate complex sales cycles, and consistently exceed quota.

What You'll Do

Drive New Business: Identify and pursue high-value prospects, building relationships with key decision-makers (C-suite, VPs, and Directors).

Consultative Selling: Understand customer pain points and position SimplePin's solutions as a must-have for operational efficiency and revenue growth.

Enterprise-Level Negotiations: Lead complex sales cycles, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.

Market Expansion: Develop strategies to penetrate key verticals within the insurance industry, leveraging your expertise and industry relationships.

Pipeline & Forecasting: Own your pipeline, track deals, and consistently exceed quota using CRM tools and data-driven sales techniques.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience (insurance, fintech, or payments preferred).

Proven track record of closing six- to seven-figure deals with high-value clients.

Hunter mentality – You know how to prospect, sell, and close.

Exceptional communication & negotiation skills – You can simplify complex solutions and make them irresistible.

Self-motivated & competitive – Thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Tech-savvy – CRM pro (HubSpot, Salesforce) with a passion for data-driven sales strategies.

Bonus: Experience selling to insurance agencies, carriers, or MGAs? That's a major plus
