Key Responsibilities
  • Lead customer onboarding with speed, clarity, and care.
  • Run demos, build automated flows, and maintain relationships with MGA and BGA partners.
  • Create and distribute monthly product updates to users.
  • Support the sales pipeline with lead follow-ups and AI-powered outreach campaigns.
  • Represent BlueMind at external events and industry conferences.
