About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team at SimplePin. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our presence in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue high-value prospects, building relationships with key decision-makers (C-suite, VPs, and Directors).
  • Understand customer pain points and position SimplePin's solutions as a must-have for operational efficiency and revenue growth.
  • Lead complex sales cycles, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Develop strategies to penetrate key verticals within the insurance industry, leveraging your expertise and industry relationships.
  • Owning your pipeline, track deals, and consistently exceed quota using CRM tools and data-driven sales techniques.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience (insurance, fintech, or payments preferred).
  • Proven track record of closing six- to seven-figure deals with high-value clients.
  • Hunter mentality – You know how to prospect, sell, and close.
  • Exceptional communication & negotiation skills – You can simplify complex solutions and make them irresistible.
  • Self-motivated & competitive – Thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Tech-savvy – CRM pro (HubSpot, Salesforce) with a passion for data-driven sales strategies.
