Account Executive – High-Performance Sales


Overview:


At Colossus Security, we are looking for a true sales professional—a self-driven, results-oriented individual with an entrepreneurial spirit. Working primarily from our office in a modern, SaaS-style sales environment, you will convert warm leads generated by our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) into closed deals. Your focus is on delivering compelling virtual demos, following up diligently, booking appointments, and winning sales opportunities that are logged in our CRM system. Our services remain cutting-edge security solutions, and your role is critical in driving revenue and exceeding sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead Conversion & Sales Execution:


  • Take full ownership of warm leads provided by the SDR team and guide them from initial contact to closed sale using virtual product demonstrations.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle; deliver engaging online demos, gather essential client information, prepare quotes, and close deals efficiently from the office.
  • Coordinate with third-party experts or estimators for on-site walkthroughs only when necessary to support quoting accuracy.


Client Engagement & Relationship Building:


  • Build strong, lasting relationships with prospects and clients by understanding their evolving security needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Follow up on appointments, close sales opportunities, and ensure that every sale is accurately logged in our CRM for smooth handoff to the administrative team.
  • Actively seek referrals and leverage your network to expand our customer base.


CRM Management & Sales Administration:


  • Use our CRM to track sales progress, manage appointments, and “win” sales in the system, ensuring prompt follow-up and seamless transition to our admin team.
  • Focus on selling and closing opportunities, keeping administrative tasks efficient and effective.


Team Collaboration & Brand Representation:


  • Work closely with the SDR team and other internal stakeholders in a group effort to secure new business and drive revenue growth.
  • Represent Colossus Security at trade shows and industry events when required to boost our brand presence and generate new leads.


Performance Requirements:


  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas; this is a core requirement of the role.
  • Demonstrate a relentless work ethic and a proactive approach to self-improvement in sales techniques.
  • Exhibit exceptional closing and negotiation skills, ensuring that every opportunity in the CRM becomes a win.
