Job Summary

We are actively seeking Recruitment Consultants to join our growing team in Vancouver, BC This is a great opportunity for motivated and seasoned recruiters who demonstrate a strong work ethic, knowledge of best practices for attracting top talent, and have a passion for providing excellent candidate and client satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit talent in the manufacturing and skilled trades sector.
  • Partner and collaborate with internal team and clients to understand staffing needs and strategically source candidates through a diverse network of resources.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducting in-depth interviews and skill-marketing for future hiring requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client and candidate details, tracking recruitment and placement activities.
  • Perform additional duties essential to business operations as required, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.

What we need from you:

  • 1+years of recruitment experience in the manufacturing and skilled trades sector; agency environment is preferred.
  • Strong customer service with ability to communicate with candidates and business leaders at all levels.
  • Exceptional time management skills, adept at prioritizing changing tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong computer and administrative skills, including data entry and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Personable, energetic, and positive, with a "can-do" attitude.
