What we need you to do:
  1. Produce regular Salesforce reports on programme delivery and outputs for sales & Marketing, delivery teams and management.
  2. Respond in timely manner to Lightspeed Advice management request for specific data outputs.
  3. Work closely with programme delivery team to embed client journey & data capture processes and to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
  4. Set up Salesforce reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and progress, and identify patterns, trends, outliers, and opportunities in the data, providing updates to management and Innovate UK.
  5. Analyse programme data and highlight any issues/opportunities.
  6. Set up systems both internally and externally to pull together data from different sources and ensure that data is stored efficiently, adhering to compliance guidelines.
  7. Deliver training to delivery teams and managers on usage of Salesforce and other reporting tools and processes.
  8. Keep abreast of new programme requirements and communicate this with the delivery teams.
  9. Take active part in the Lightspeed community of practice, share best practice, suggest improvements or design new processes.
  10. Support the Client Engagement Manager in producing the quarterly reports and participate in monitoring meetings.
  11. Additional administrative tasks that might be required as part of the Client Engagement team activities (supporting events organisation/administration).
  12. Suggest improvements to operational efficiencies of the programme delivery.
What we need from you:
  1. Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification.
  2. 2 – 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a similar environment.
  3. Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
  4. Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
  5. Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.
  6. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
  7. Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles and managing access.
  8. Knowledge of importing departmental data and creating dashboards for HOD, C-Suite and Board level meetings.
  9. Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.
