We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team at LightSpeed Broadband Limited. As a key member of our Client Engagement team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Salesforce system, providing exceptional support to our delivery teams, and driving business growth through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement Salesforce reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and progress, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with our programme delivery team to embed client journey and data capture processes, ensuring data completeness and accuracy.
- Develop and deliver training to delivery teams and managers on Salesforce usage and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with new programme requirements and communicate changes to the delivery teams.
- Participate in the Lightspeed community of practice, sharing best practices and suggesting improvements to our processes.
- Support the Client Engagement Manager in producing quarterly reports and participating in monitoring meetings.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required to support the Client Engagement team.
- Salesforce certified administrator or advanced administrator certification.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a similar environment.
- Extensive experience in Salesforce administration and maintenance.
- Ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases and provide training and end-user support.
- Knowledge of importing departmental data and creating dashboards for senior-level meetings.
