As a Salesforce System Administrator, you will be responsible for generating comprehensive Salesforce reports on program execution and outcomes for sales & marketing, operational teams, and leadership.
# Respond promptly to management requests for specific data outputs.
# Collaborate closely with the program delivery team to integrate client journey and data capture methodologies, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
# Establish Salesforce reports and dashboards to track KPIs and progress, identifying patterns, trends, anomalies, and opportunities within the data, while providing updates to management and Innovate UK.
# Analyze program data to pinpoint any issues or opportunities.
# Develop systems both internally and externally to consolidate data from various sources, ensuring efficient data storage in compliance with guidelines.
# Provide training to operational teams and managers on the use of Salesforce and other reporting tools and processes.
# Actively participate in the Lightspeed community of practice, sharing best practices, proposing enhancements, or designing new processes.
# Assist the Client Engagement Manager in preparing quarterly reports and engage in monitoring meetings.
# Undertake additional administrative responsibilities as required by the Client Engagement team (supporting event organization/administration).
# Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification is required.
# 2 – 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a comparable environment.
# Extensive experience in the administration and upkeep of Salesforce systems.
# Proven experience in executing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
# Exceptional capability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.
# Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
# Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, assigning roles, and managing access.
# Familiarity with importing departmental data and developing dashboards for HOD, C-Suite, and Board level meetings.
# Ability to deliver Salesforce training and end-user support.
