Your Responsibilities:
  1. Generate regular Salesforce reports detailing program delivery and outcomes for sales, marketing, delivery teams, and management.
  2. Respond promptly to management requests for specific data outputs.
  3. Collaborate closely with the program delivery team to integrate client journey and data capture processes, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  4. Establish Salesforce reports and dashboards to track KPIs and progress, identifying patterns, trends, outliers, and opportunities, while providing updates to management.
  5. Analyze program data to uncover issues and opportunities.
  6. Implement systems to consolidate data from various sources, ensuring efficient data storage in compliance with guidelines.
  7. Provide training to delivery teams and managers on Salesforce and other reporting tools.
  8. Stay informed about new program requirements and communicate these to delivery teams.
  9. Actively participate in the LightSpeed community of practice, sharing best practices and suggesting process improvements.
  10. Assist the Client Engagement Manager in preparing quarterly reports and participating in monitoring meetings.
  11. Perform additional administrative tasks as required by the Client Engagement team.
  12. Propose enhancements to improve operational efficiencies in program delivery.
Your Qualifications:
  1. Salesforce certified administrator or advanced administrator certification.
  2. 2 to 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a comparable environment.
  3. Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
  4. Experience in executing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
  5. Exceptional skills in creating and maintaining Salesforce databases.
  6. Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
  7. Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, assigning roles, and managing access.
  8. Experience in importing departmental data and creating dashboards for senior management meetings.
  9. Ability to deliver Salesforce training and provide end-user support.
