What we need you to do:- Produce regular Salesforce reports on programme delivery and outputs for sales & Marketing, delivery teams and management.
- Respond in timely manner to Lightspeed Advice management request for specific data outputs.
- Work closely with programme delivery team to embed client journey & data capture processes and to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
- Set up Salesforce reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and progress, and identify patterns, trends, outliers, and opportunities in the data, providing updates to management and Innovate UK.
- Analyse programme data and highlight any issues/opportunities.
- Set up systems both internally and externally to pull together data from different sources and ensure that data is stored efficiently, adhering to compliance guidelines.
- Deliver training to delivery teams and managers on usage of Salesforce and other reporting tools and processes.
- Keep abreast of new programme requirements and communicate this with the delivery teams.
- Take active part in the Lightspeed community of practice, share best practice, suggest improvements or design new processes.
- Support the Client Engagement Manager in producing the quarterly reports and participate in monitoring meetings.
- Additional administrative tasks that might be required as part of the Client Engagement team activities (supporting events organisation/administration).
- Suggest improvements to operational efficiencies of the programme delivery.
- Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification.
- 2 – 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a similar environment.
- Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
- Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
- Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
- Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles and managing access.
- Knowledge of importing departmental data and creating dashboards for HOD, C-Suite and Board level meetings.
- Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.
