This outbound sales position demands consistent performance to exceed quarterly goals through high-frequency outbound calls.


Key Responsibilities

Connect with decision-makers via phone to enhance the effectiveness of their online advertising campaigns, aiming to boost their investment or extend their campaign duration.

Gather and analyze information about the customers’ business and advertising objectives to build comprehensive market insights.

Conduct thorough research to find accurate contact details for organizations on the list.

Reach out to customers from the assigned list to offer tailored advertising consultations and identify sales opportunities that align with their goals.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with advertisers through multiple interactions over the quarter.


Performance Metrics

Your success will be measured by your ability to pitch relevant solutions and products from our platform, track whether advertisers act on your recommendations, and monitor their budget expenditure.

The role requires you to schedule and conduct a minimum of 4 meaningful calls per day, each lasting between 30 to 45 minutes.


Daily Responsibilities

  • Engage in high-volume outbound calling, primarily focused on proactive outreach (calling warm leads and existing clients) to generate interest and set up detailed consultations.
  • Handle routine tasks between calls, including follow-ups, email responses, training sessions, and contact research.
  • Manage a busy schedule with an emphasis on productivity and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Secondary School diploma preferred

Experience:

  • 2-3 years in Inside sales/Outbound sales environment
  • 1 year sales experience if you have a degree in Marketing/Business
