Some technical knowledge (not necessarily RV specific) would be considered an asset but is not a requirement. We are passionate about helping our customers with their RV needs and are looking for someone who enjoys building long-term working relationships with customers.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Checking in customers when they drop their units off for service.
  2. Creating Repair Orders that correspond with the customers’ needs.
  3. Ensuring that the customers’ needs are clearly documented on the Repair Order for the technician.
  4. Completing customer follow-up.
  5. Calling customers when their unit is ready.
  6. Calling customers regarding any questions or concerns the technician may have.
  7. Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and scheduling unit pick-ups.

This position is full-time, Monday to Friday, year-round. Saturdays are required but are on a rotational schedule.

We are not on a bus route; therefore, reliable transportation is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
