Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers at our dealership. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, coordinating automotive repairs, and maximizing sales opportunities.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to the dealership
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and accurately document their vehicle issues
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and communicate repair recommendations to customers
- Provide detailed estimates for repairs, including parts and labor costs
- Schedule appointments and ensure timely completion of repairs
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and quality repairs
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle repairs
- Upsell additional services or maintenance packages to customers
- Process customer payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, repair orders, and invoices

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge or experience in an automotive repair setting is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service
- Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and record keeping
- Cash handling experience is a plus
- Sales experience is beneficial for upselling opportunities
