Influencer Marketing Specialist, Innisfree

Job Summary
We’re looking for a social-savvy Influencer Marketing Specialist to support the Laneige & Innisfree brands as part of our growing Communication & Consumer Engagement team You will play a key role in evolving the relationship between the brands and Canadian influencers and creators. We operate on a hybrid working model, with our office located in Downtown Toronto. This role will report to the Sr. Manager in the Communication & Consumer Engagement Team.
Principal Accountabilities - responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support with outreach, development and sustaining authentic, long-term partnerships with Canadian influencers & creators.
- Conduct ongoing influencer/creator discovery, facilitating introductory product send-outs
- Conduct regular reviews, maintain influencer analytic database tracking, and share monthly recap reports with cross-functional teams.
- Set up and track each influencer campaign within the database, executing post-mortem ROI reports for internal cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support compiling influencer distribution/invite lists for product mailers and brand events.
- Participate in ideation and reviews with agency and cross-functional teams to concept, design and execute product mailers for launches and key brand moments
- Create internal campaign brand partner proposals for review & alignment
- Support each brand partner briefing and monitor partnership progression to ensure content is received in line with the campaign schedule
- Share monthly competitive activity reports including best practices and opportunities for future programs.
- Maintain relationships with influencers/creators through both social and traditional communication methods, engage with earned content, and facilitate product restocks.
- Day-to-day administrative duties (timely submission of all contract agreements, invoices, file archiving, updating project trackers, etc.)
- Assist with the conception, planning and execution of all influencer/PR events.
Key Experience and Skills
- Post-Secondary degree/diploma required. Background in Communications, PR, and Marketing preferred.
- At least 2-3 years of experience working in an Influencer, Social and/or Marketing-related position.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in marketing for a brand or agency with a similar target customer profile preferred (beauty, lifestyle, etc.), particularly in activations such as events, mailers, partnerships, and sponsorships.
- A genuine love for social media and the influencers/creators who have a meaningful impact
- Strong understanding of the beauty industry, pop culture, and social media trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently as part of a team, meeting deadlines and driving projects with minimal supervision.
- Extremely detail-oriented with a strong ability to prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines.
- An ambitious self-starter passionate about their work and eager to learn.
- Effective problem solver with innovative thinking.
- Excel in a fast-paced environment, working effectively under pressure.
