Join Our Team as a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our national Influencer Marketing team at Edelman Canada. As a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic influencer marketing campaigns that drive business results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies that align with client goals and objectives
  • Manage and lead a team of influencer marketing specialists to ensure successful campaign execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate influencer marketing with other marketing channels
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest influencer marketing trends, best practices, and industry developments
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, content creators, and other industry partners
  • Manage budgets and ensure campaign ROI is met or exceeded
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or brand marketing
  • 5-6 years of experience in social media and community management
  • 4-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, including influencer identification, program management, outreach strategies, content planning, contracting/negotiations, paid promotion, and reporting
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and leading successful influencer marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, best practices, and industry trends
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
