CASA is a Quebec family business established for nearly 50 years which specializes in the manufacturing and installation of agricultural and commercial equipment, used for the storage, handling, packaging, and processing of grains.

Awarded as Canada's Best Managed Companies since 2019, CASA continues its growth and is currently looking for a Sales Representative for Eastern Ontario.

Reporting to our Sales Director, you will pivotal in driving sales volume growth, all while prioritizing customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty within the Eastern Ontario region.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business development for the Eastern Ontario territory mainly on the road
  • Visit existing customers and potential customers to tell them about CASA products
  • Prepare submissions and monitor the progress of work with your clients
  • Ensure impeccable after-sales service for your customers

Required profile :

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales development
  • Advanced spoken and written English (mandatory) and ideally French/English bilingualism (advantage)
  • Autonomy, proactivity, resourcefulness, and sense of initiative
  • Team spirit, very good level of organization and time management
  • Perseverance, focus on results and customer satisfaction
  • Strong skills in communication and building relationships with customers
  • Very good knowledge of Eastern Ontario and/or residence in an area close to Ontario or in Ontario (advantage)
  • Knowledge of the agricultural environment and/or grain storage and transportation equipment (advantage)
  • Sales experience on the road (advantage)
  • Any other combination of relevant knowledge and experience will be considered
