Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our expanding team at Exposant. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in sales, marketing, or related fields who are passionate about software solutions and recruitment/professional services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
- Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
- Identify and qualify new recruitment opportunities through both inbound and outbound efforts (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach).
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their hiring challenges and present tailored recruitment solutions, including software expertise.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with leads and existing clients.
- Analyze market trends, industry demands, and competitor offerings to uncover growth opportunities.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies in the software industry.
- Collaborate closely with sales, and technical teams to align strategies and deliver client-focused proposals.
- Support sales initiatives and participate in regular team meetings to achieve recruitment goals.
- Track and report on sales metrics, including leads, conversions, and follow-ups.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation within our CRM tools.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably within recruitment, IT services, consulting, or related industries.
- Familiarity with software solutions and recruitment strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions within a recruitment context.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
