The opportunity

Our Bilingual Customer Service Representatives are the face and voice of CWB National leasing providing internal and external customers service and solutions. Whether connecting over the phone, virtually 2D screen-to-screen or via email, our customer service team oversees any updates or changes to lease and contact information.

The day-to-day

Customer service. Lease administration. Process optimization.
  • Execute exceptional customer service. Effectively and efficiently respond or resolve all customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and respectful manner. Manage visitors and telephone calls with a sense of urgency. Exercise discretion and respect the confidentiality of all customer and vendor transactions.
  • Perform complex lease processes. Enter credit applications, process information or documentation requests, verify lease information and generate and distribute lease documents as required. Adjust customer accounts while following policies and guidelines.
  • Administer customer files. Update and process name changes, new lessees, address changes, banking information, etc. as requested by customers.
  • Process optimization. Review all customer inquiries and cancelations for learnings and future optimization of internal processes. Identify opportunities to enhance internal processes, products, and services. Collaborate with customer service team to deliver best in class service.
Foundational knowledge and experience to grow from

You are fluently bilingual (French & English) and possess a high-school diploma with 1+ years of experience in customer service or office administration. Any financial work experience or knowledge is considered an asset

Nos représentants du service à la clientèle bilingues sont le visage et la voix de CWB National Leasing, offrant aux clients internes et externes des services et des solutions. Que ce soit par téléphone, virtuellement ou par courriel, notre équipe de service à la clientèle supervise toutes les mises à jour ou les changements aux renseignements sur les baux et les coordonnées.

Le quotidien

Service à la clientèle. Administration des baux. Optimisation des processus.
  • Assurer un service à la clientèle exceptionnel. Répondre ou résoudre de manière efficace et efficiente toutes les demandes et préoccupations des clients de manière professionnelle et respectueuse. Gérer les visiteurs et les appels téléphoniques avec un sentiment d'urgence. Faire preuve de discrétion et respecter la confidentialité de toutes les transactions avec les clients et les fournisseurs.
  • Effectuer des procédures de location complexes. Saisir les demandes de crédit, traiter les demandes d'information ou de documentation, vérifier les informations relatives aux baux et générer et distribuer les documents de bail selon les besoins. Ajuster les comptes des clients en respectant les politiques et les lignes directrices.
  • Gérer les dossiers des clients. Mettre à jour et traiter les changements de nom, les nouveaux locataires, les changements d'adresse, les informations bancaires, etc. à la demande des clients.
  • Optimiser les processus. Examiner toutes les demandes et annulations des clients afin d'en tirer des enseignements et d'optimiser les processus internes à l'avenir. Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des processus, produits et services internes. Collaborer avec l'équipe du service clientèle pour fournir le meilleur service possible.
Connaissances de base et expérience à capitaliser

Vous êtes parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais) et possédez un diplôme d'études secondaires avec une expérience de plus d'un an dans le service à la clientèle ou l'administration de bureau. Toute expérience ou connaissance dans le domaine financier est considérée comme un atout
