Position Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales & Marketing:
    1. Drive and oversee regional sales efforts, building and maintaining relationships with clients.
    2. Design and execute innovative marketing strategies to promote brand awareness and growth.
  2. Team Management & Dispatch:
    1. Effectively manage, dispatch, and oversee crews for optimal performance and productivity.
    2. Mentor and train new workers, ensuring they align with company values and standards.
  3. Recruitment:
    1. Lead recruitment initiatives, from sourcing to hiring, ensuring that the team is skilled and equipped for success.
  4. Indigenous Community Engagement:
    1. Foster and maintain strong ties with Indigenous communities, ensuring collaborations are respectful and mutually beneficial.
    2. Actively promote and facilitate the hiring of individuals from these communities.
  5. Project & Operations Management:
    1. Oversee regional projects, ensuring timely completion, quality assurance, and client satisfaction.
    2. Monitor and handle the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
  6. Financial Oversight:
    1. Manage the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
    2. Handle invoicing, keeping accurate records and ensuring timely collections.
    3. Oversee budgetary and financial planning for the region.
  7. Industry Expertise:
    1. Possess a deep understanding of shutdown procedures in the oil and gas sectors.
    2. Continually update knowledge to stay abreast of industry changes and best practices.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field. (Preferred)
  2. Performance and Commission-based position.
  3. Solid background and expertise in shutdowns, oil, and gas industries.
  4. Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, and team management.
  5. Proficient in project management, with an emphasis on timely delivery and quality.
  6. Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
  7. Familiarity and respect for Indigenous cultures and traditions.
  8. Valid driver's license.
